University of Louisiana Mens Basketball: Ragin Cajuns Ready to Fly
Client: University of Louisiana at Lafayette

This arena intro video is what you get when you mix circus acrobatics with high-flying basketball players. We took the old cliche’ basketball is played above the rim quite seriously in this piece. The video is played right before the introduction of the starting lineup before all home games at the Cajun Dome in Lafayette, LA. vidox.com, a Louisiana video production company created this video. I edited, designed the video.

Hub City Ford: Truck Month Featuring Sammy Kershaw
This spot was built for Hub City Ford, the largest Ford dealer in the Acadiana region. This was the first spot among several that made use of our in-house designed, revamped graphics package. Our goal for the graphics package was to raise the design and interest level of the local spot. Gone are the days of an obnoxious salesman banging on the hood of a car. By contrast, graphical inspiration came from high-tech heads-up displays (HUD) such as those seen in a fighter jet. We combined the high-tech HUD elements with rugged industrial elements, and threw in Hub City Ford’s traditional branding with spokesperson Sammy Kershaw to build the piece. We wanted the spots to appeal to the hard working man by illustrating that Ford trucks are high-tech workhorses. My role included research and development for the overall look of the HUD elements.
